Fitness facilities at The Spa include an exercise studio offering over 20 classes per week in innovative low impact aerobics, strength training, body sculpting, Yoga and Pilates. Aqua aerobics is also offered in our heated indoor pool located in a serene, sunshine-filled area overlooking the lake.
For those who want a trainer all to themselves, one-hour or 30-minute personal training sessions are available in strength training as well as such diverse modalities as Yoga, Pilates, Fitball, Power Walking and aqua fitness techniques - all suitable for those who want to privately explore new or different exercise options.

Description of Activities
Nature Walk - Walking approximately 30-50 minutes around the beautiful Chateau Elan Property
Yoga - This class can help you develop flexibility, strength, and peace of mind.
Restorative Yoga - Stretches and relaxation to help restore the body.
Pilates / Yoga Stretch - Combination of Pilates and yoga stretches.
Tone & Stretch - Toning exercises combined with stretching.
Body Sculpting - Tone the upper and lower body using resistance.
Step & Tone - Combination of the Step Aerobics and toning.
Low Impact - Cardiovascular workout for participants of all levels.
Cardio Strength - Strength training combined with cardio.
Cardio Interval - Alternating from cardio training to toning.
Water Aerobics - Cardio workout and shape up by using water as resistance.
The classes and times are subject to change. Guests of the Inn, not receiving Spa services, wishing to partake in Spa amenities (locker room, whirlpool, resistance pool, saunas, steam, and classes), will be charged $25 per day Mon-Thurs or $35 per day Fri, Sat, Sun.
