The Culinary Studio is a beautiful 1,600 sq. ft. teaching kitchen furnished with top tier Viking Range® appliances.

Lead by Executive Chef Marc Suennemann, Château Élan’s international team of chefs will bring their individual and cultural specialties to the kitchen as they  educate guests through Cooking Classes, Saturday Demonstrations, specially hosted Chef & Winemaker Dinner Packages, Private Cooking Parties, and Team Building Groups.

Saturday Culinary Demonstrations, 3 pm

Saturday Culinary Demonstration in the Culinary Studio.
Located in the Culinary Studio within the Wine Market and hosted by Chateau Elan's own professional Chefs.  Observe, learn, and get a taste of Culinary expertise.  This is not a class, but a demonstration by Chateau Elan's own Chefs loaded with the sights and smells of all things foodie.

Starts at 3 pm each Saturday in the Wine Market. $20 per person or $38 per couple.  Limited space available.  Tickets are only sold the day-of event in the Wine Market.  We recommend purchasing tickets Saturday morning to assure a spot.

Chef & Winemaker Dinner Package Calendar
The Chef & Winemaker Dinner is not a cooking class, but a special Culinary Studio Event featuring a 5 course dinner prepared by the Chef and wine service by the Winemaker.  This is an overnight package for 2 which includes breakfast the following morning.  

Join Chef David Wolf & Winemaker, Peter Kasprzak for an entertaining evening of food and wine.  Chef David will prepare and introduce a five course dinner in the Winery’s Viking Culinary Studio while you enjoy the company of other epicureans. During dinner service you will have opportunity to enjoy Chateau Elan’s estate bottled wines and interact with Master Winemaker Peter Kasprzak in the art of winemaking and wine pairing. An evening you will not want to miss.

Team Building and Group Classes

Working together in unfamiliar territory has a way of creating bonds.  Bring your team members together through shared learning, and then relax and enjoy the fruit of your labors.  To reserve the Culinary Studio for corporate functions call 678-425-6017. 

The typical class size is 12, but the Culinary Studio can be configured to accommodate 20 – 25.

Rates
Hands-On Classes
start at $85 for Lunch per person, $125 for dinner per person, plus a $350 Chef Fee, and the $500 Rental Fee.
Reception Space
(non-cooking), there is only a $350 rental fee.

A selection of gourmet foods and culinary-themed products are available for gift baskets, as are personalized certificates of course completion.

Group Menus
All classes include choice of freshly brewed coffee, assorted teas, sodas, water, and appropriately paired wines.

Mediterranean Herb Medley
Served with Château Élan's Specialty Bread selection and butter.  Tomato Mozzarella Torte with Balsamic Reduction, Fresh Basil, and Herb Oil; Herb-Crusted Chicken Breast with Portobello Risotto, Sweet Onion Au Jus, and Spring Vegetables; Fresh Fruit Martini with Tequila Lime Honey and Toasted Coconut.

Tour of the Southern Mediterranean
A tempting introduction to the flavors of the Southern Mediterranean region and Northern Africa.  Served with Château Élan's Specialty Bread selection and butter.  Greek Salad with Cucumbers, Bell Peppers, Onions, Kalamata Olives, Vine Ripe Tomatoes, Feta Cheese and Red Wine Vinaigrette; Moroccan Spiced Chicken with Apricot Couscous and Green Olive Sauce; Fresh Fruit Martini with Tequila Lime Honey and Toasted Coconut.

Château Élan has added a new way to celebrate your special occasion: reserve the Culinary Studio, choose from our selection of menus, and enjoy while one of our chefs teaches a private class for you and your guests.

If you would like to share more than just a meal, come share the experience of learning to choose fresh produce at the moment of ripeness, of combining ingredients with the techniques used by experts, and of discovering that cooking with friends is the perfect accompaniment to any meal.

Demonstration-style classes are also available and private events can include more than twelve guests.
